Lukko stretched his winning streak to three matches.

Hockey League went on a Christmas break with two matches on Monday. In Tampere Tappara won KalPa 4–2 and in Rauma Lukko defeated JYP 4–3.

Tappara escaped from his visit in the opening round to a 2-0 lead Patrik Virran and Kristian Tanuksen goals, and in the second installment, Tanus hit the other side of the evening 3-0. KalPa came to the finish line before the final set Benjamin Korhosen and Andreas Okanyn hits. For Okany, the goal was the first in the league career, and in the first league game.

In the third installment Tyler Morley A 4–2 goal hit by a blank seal sealed Tappara’s fifth consecutive league win. The team is fifth, the difference to the top HIFK is five points. KalPa, who has won his previous three games, is tenth.

In Rauma Lukko stretched his winning streak to three, while JYP’s “Lockout Fear” still didn’t improve. JYP last won Luko in November 2019. On Monday, the people of Jyväskylä had the final minute of the opening round and Luko’s two goals, which took the hosts to the 3–1 lead. JYP could no longer stand by.

They hit the lock Michael Haga, Anrei Hakulinen, Vili Saarijärvi and Thomas Gregoire. The JYP painters were Reid Gardiner, Jerry Turkulainen and RAsmus Heljanko. The lock is the 12th in the series, the last 14th in the JYP.

The league will continue on the day of the match with the matches Jukurit – Tappara, KooKoo – SaiPa, Ilves – HPK, Ässät – TPS, Sport – Lukko, Kärpät – JYP and Pelicans – HIFK.
