Hana Gouda, nicknamed Cinderella of Egyptian Sports, player of the Egyptian national team and Al-Ahly Table Tennis Club, won a valuable victory in the World Junior Table Tennis Championship “under 15 years”, which is currently hosted by Portugal.
Gouda advanced to the semi-finals after defeating German “Garcel Mia” 4-1 in a marathon match, thus securing a medal.
Here, Gouda is scheduled to compete in the semi-finals on Wednesday.
The Egyptian star will play the doubles final on Tuesday evening, with her Japanese colleague Miwa Harimoto, against the German doubles.
Hana Gouda is currently ranked 387th in the women’s table tennis world rankings.
