“The goal is for the burger to be the best you’ve ever had.” That was the intention of Dani Gutiérrez, head of La Finca, who this Friday offered an entire burger party to teach those attending the Murcia Gastronomic Region how to create the perfect bite, with the help of Riscales Alimentación products. During the cooking he was accompanied and supported by the specialized ‘influencers’ @buraburger and @cheddykings.
Their grills starred in the event, in which the ‘showcooking’ attendees learned the proper way to prepare the hamburger and choose the best meat, for which they must pay attention to the amount of fat. For them, the raw material is the key to success, because “in the face of trends and fashions, we return to simplicity: to good bacon, good meat and good bread.”
With the lesson learned, everyone was waiting to try the types of burgers they had planned, starting with the ‘smash burger’, that trendy meat that gives prominence to the bread and the rest of the ingredients in an enviable balance of flavors. “Who wants to cook them?” asked the expert. Two guests, one with more experience and the other more novice, tested their culinary skills in making ‘smash’ to become the most professional in their homes. Afterwards, the experience continued with beef and Angus meats to the delight of the attendees, who left with the perfect knowledge for their barbecues: “After this ‘masterclass’ I will be able to ruin burgers with a little more knowledge,” they confessed. Germán, one of the attendees, laughed.
