General Hospitalactor Ingo Rademacher has sued the American channel ABC for his dismissal last month. The actor had to leave because he refused to be vaccinated.
Rademacher argues in his case that a vaccination obligation is unconstitutional and that the broadcaster is guilty of religious discrimination with the obligation. According to variety the actor had requested an exception based on his beliefs, but ABC turned it down. He had argued in it that he did not need to be vaccinated because of “a deep, sincere, moral belief that my body was created by the Creator with natural defenses, which must not be violated by the administration of artificially created genetic material, which is unnatural and experimental.” is’.
The actor played the part of Jasper ‘Jax’ Jacks in the hospital series for almost 25 years. Also General Hospitalcolleague Steve Burton, who played Jason Morgan, was fired last month for refusing to be vaccinated.
