No Green procession passed in Rome and assault on the CGIL, Forza Nuova in the sights of investigators after the arrest of the national leader Roberto Fiore and the Roman Giuliano Castellino. Two files were opened in the prosecutor’s office on the clashes and the assault, as well as the preventive seizure and the blackout of the movement’s website. Meanwhile, in Parliament, there are two motions filed respectively by the Pd and Psi-Italia Viva to ask for their dissolution.
THE INVESTIGATIONS
Six people were arrested for the assault on the union headquarters. In addition to the leaders of Forza Nuova Fiore and Castellino, there are also activist Pamela Testa, the former Nar Luigi Aronica and Biagio Passaro, leader of the ‘IoApro’ group. For them the accusations are incitement to crime, devastation and pillage.
The pool of magistrates who is following the investigations, including that for crimes against State personalities, coordinated by the chief prosecutor Michele Prestipino, are evaluating the challenge of other crimes. The other six arrested for the clashes in front of Palazzo Chigi are accused of resistance, injuries to a public official and aggravated injuries and were tried for direct yesterday.
SITE UNDER SEQUESTRO
Meanwhile, for Forza Nuova, the website seized by the Postal Police at the disposal of the Public Prosecutor of Rome. The measure was triggered as part of the investigation by the Capitoline prosecutors on the parade in Rome. The investigators proceed to the crime of incitement to commit a crime aggravated by the use of IT or telematic tools. “The suspects carry out through the use of the web an activity of sharing and justification and therefore of exaltation and incitement to the commission of crimes characterized by violence”, reads the preventive seizure decree ordered by the Rome Public Prosecutor’s Office.
In particular, the decree mentions the latest press release published on the site which states: “Months of peaceful squares have not stopped the attention accelerated by the Great reset, now the music has changed and the conductor and composer is only the fighting people – forced to defend themselves from the unanimous ferocity of those who should represent them, the attack on the CGIL fits perfectly into this analytical framework – which has decided to raise the level of confrontation “.
For the prosecutors of Rome there is therefore a “concrete and current danger” that “the free availability and visibility of the site may further aggravate and prolong the consequences of the hypothesized crime, continuing to advertise ‘fight and clash’ protest methods, based on violence and prevarication. This can only be avoided by ordering the preventive seizure of the website by means of the so-called blackout – it reads – in such a way as to prevent its consultation by network users and further use by the perpetrators of the crime ” .
THE TWO MOTIONS FOR THE DISSOLUTION OF NEW FORCE
And there are two motions presented to ask for the dissolution of Forza Nuova after the assault on the headquarters of the CGIL. The motion of the Democratic Party, filed with the Chamber and the Senate, commits the government “to follow up on the constitutional provision regarding the prohibition of reorganization of the dissolved fascist party and the consequent current legislation by adopting the measures within its competence to proceed with the dissolution of Forza Nuova and of all the political movements of clear neo-fascist inspiration who are responsible for conduct punishable under the implementing laws of the XII transitional and final provision of the Republican Constitution “.
“The government is invited to take the necessary steps to rapidly dissolve Forza Nuova”, reads the conclusion of the motion presented on the initiative of the PSI senator Riccardo Nencini and the senator of Italy Viva Davide Faraone, which was joined by senator Albert Laniece and senators of Italia Viva.
THE ATTACK ANNOUNCED AN HOUR BEFORE IN PIAZZA DEL POPOLO

We call Landini, if he wants his building back, if he wants his headquarters back, he comes to Rome and proclaims the general strike of workers against the Green Pass. Now the microphones go off and yes everyone leaves towards the CGIL, we go in procession towards the CGIL “, the words of Castellino.
