After announcing just a few days ago the acquisition of the Portuguese Sadorent, a company active in the short and medium-term rental sector, the banking group owned by FCA announced that it has opened a new branch in the Iberian country, with the headquarters established in capital Lisbon. The Portuguese branch will integrate a banking perimeter increasingly widespread throughout Europe, adding an important piece to FCA Bank’s strategy of increasing its competitiveness on the international market.
FCA Bank itself explained that, as already happened with the subsidiaries in France, Poland and Belgium, established respectively in 2021, 2020 and 2018, the new branch it will take the place of the branch already active in the country, FCA Capital Portugal, which will thus be able to operate under the name “FCA Bank” and the related logo. “Through this corporate evolution, the Bank will be able to make its organizational and customer management processes even more efficient – reads an official note issued by the FCA-owned banking group – FCA Bank Portugal will manage credit activities in their various forms, following the principles of sound and prudent management typical of banking, acting actively to support sales and the marketing operations of the Group and other automotive partners “.
