Dogs Players carried homeless puppies to a football field in St. Petersburg before the match – Watch the snatch in the video

Soccer players took part in a campaign on behalf of homeless dogs.

Loose dogs are seen squirming on football fields every now and then, but less often players themselves bring animals to the field.

The situation was different on Friday, December 3, in St. Petersburg, when the match between FC Zenit and FC Rostov was about to begin in the Russian men’s soccer main series.

The players of Zenit in St. Petersburg carried homeless puppies on the field in their arms.

Team was involved in a campaign to remind dog buyers of the possibility of adoption. The name of the campaign is “The dog is better at home”.

The puppies presented in the field were told to be ready to move into their own homes even immediately.

It is estimated that there were at least 600,000 homeless dogs in Russia in 2020. The news agency Reuters reported.

The match between Zenit and Rostov ended in a draw that night that night.

A total of 11 puppies took part in the capture, three of whom are on display here.
