Sinaloa.- The Strategic Plan for Criminal Prosecution of Sinaloa presented by the prosecutor Sara Bruna Quiñónez Estrada It was approved by the joint commissions of Constitutional Points and the Government and Justice of the State Congress, which will begin to be applied as of this Tuesday, March 1, with priority in crimes in general, based on the approved model.
It was up to deputy Ambrocio Chávez Chávez to point out that the approval is a vote of confidence in Quiñónez Estrada, since it was the state Congress itself that supported his appointment.
“The vote of confidence is for it to comply, have enough time and the necessary instruments to carry out its corresponding tasks. This Strategic Plan for Criminal Prosecution aims to be clear about what it is going to do, how it is going to do it and when it is going to do it”.

The secretary of the Justice Commission, Gloria Himelda Félix Niebla, secretary of the Justice Commission, expressed her satisfaction because the FGE complies with the reforms specified by the previous legislature by formally presenting the document, through which the work can be evaluated of the institution.
He said that it is an interesting document and now it is up to the Sinaloa Congress to find a mechanism to analyze the results that the FGE will present next year. “It is imperative that this analysis be done within the framework of the demands that society has.”
Deputy Alba Virgen Montes Álvarez, member of the Justice Commission, stressed that the Strategic Plan for Criminal Prosecution contains a fairly defined schedule, with objectives and actions that will have to be channeled into different aspects.
Deputy Elizabeth Chía Galaviz, member of the Committee on Constitutional Points and Governance, indicated that when reviewing the Strategic Plan presented by the FGE, she was left with the impression that it is quite comprehensive.
He agreed that the actions are aimed at different issues with a clear vision of the short, medium and long term, reinforcing programs and institutional activities to improve the administration of justice.
Deputy María Victoria Sánchez Peña, member of the Justice Commission, highlighted the approach of training and awareness of all human personnel of the FGEwhich means that there is a commitment in the tax office to promote professionalization in all areas.
“You have to bet on this Prosecutor’s Plan. We hope that for the next year that we do an evaluation we will have a good result. No but to this Plan that the Prosecutor’s Office is proposing”.
Finally, deputy José Manuel Luque Rojas, member of the Committee on Constitutional Points and the Interior, said that it is the first time that a document with these characteristics has been presented by the institution in charge of law enforcement.

He mentioned that it meets the requirements established by the corresponding law because it establishes a precise diagnosis and a clear projection of the route to be followed by the State Attorney General’s Office.
