Squid Game it is the phenomenon of the moment and apparently it would have influenced even the videogame world: second Tom Henderson, a gaming industry figure with knowledge of what’s going on in the shooter space, one or more Squid Game video games may be in the works. It is not known which companies are involved, however it is very likely that Netflix has secured the rights for future adaptations.
We know Netflix is starting to dive into video games, and this type of project could propel its gaming business into the lucrative battle royale space that’s dominated by billion-dollar hits like Fortnite, PUBG, Warzone, and Apex Legends. Squid Game has become one of the most watched Netflix series of all time and a second season is likely to be produced.
After all, a particular game inspired by Squid Game for the first PlayStation was created by a fan of the series, but currently there are still no entries for any official projects in the world of video games.
Apparently a “SQUID GAME” type of game is in development already.
I’m not sure on the developer just yet though.

For now, therefore, there is no further information, so we just have to wait and see if actually someone already has a game inspired by this TV series in development.
