Chery Automobile achieved a top position among Chinese automakers in the 2022 Customer Satisfaction Report compiled by the prestigious US organization JD Power. In the study “2022 China Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI)” Chery was placed among the best car manufacturers thanks to the progress made in terms of technology, reliability and customer services. In particular, Chery stood out for its ability to convince motorists to buy one of its cars through test drives organized by its sales network. Indeed, it is by touching the models in the price list firsthand that many customers decide to buy a Chery-branded car.
“Currently, consumers who visit a dealership in China spend a lot of time experimenting and verifying the products themselves instead of receiving information from sellers – said Ann Xie, analyst at JD Power China -. Manufacturers that manage to provide a better service throughout the buying process, providing comprehensive explanations and offering test drives to learn more about the cars, can increase sales and conquer new market shares”. Chery Automobile is working precisely on this aspect to be ready to meet the expectations of the international public. Already active in over 80 markets and always attentive to the needs of a global clientele (for 19 consecutive years it was the Chinese manufacturer with the best export results), Chery Automobile is thus preparing for its debut in Europe, which will start right from Italy in 2023.
Chery Automobile is speeding on ecological transition and will present itself on the European markets with exclusively electric vehicles.
