AN OMNIPRESENT GOVERNOR
Almost a year has passed in which the Dr. Ruben Rocha Moya, After so much perseverance, he managed to reach his goal of become Governor of our entity. However, despite the results set out in its first report, The perception of an administration based on decisions, management and individual actions is still maintained of a Governor who, after achieving power in unbeatable political conditions, has been shown (even by himself) as a good quarterback but without receivers or defensive line to back him up, a circumstance that is leading him to a excessive political and personal attrition.
Thus, we see the same thing about a governor who fulfills the prominence of his investiture, as one willing to face the inefficiency of many of his collaborators, who have not given a ball in the responsibilities assigned to them. Despite so many displays and dismissals, officials at all levels they haven’t understood yet what is public service and they spend it on the grid and/or swimming dead.
This is something that is happening in Secretaries as important as that of Wellness, where no capacity is seen of management, innovation or creativity to potentiate what is authorized for them, or to go beyond a limited role as a window for federal program procedures. In the same line s find the Secretary of Agriculture and Fisheries, precisely two bastions that support the economy of a State like ours, which has not yet been able to transcend its primary activities and services, to a phase of industrialization and technological development.
Finally, this same phenomenon of orphanhood is reproduced with a marked similarity within certain dependencies, where the incumbents are the ones who lack support from their middle managers. If this trend continues, the burden for Dr. Rocha will be enormous, so before the end of the year, the Governor will have to give his entire structure a good shake, which will put an end to that drunken power he brings to many dizzy and without giving the width in their responsibilities.
A FOOLISH MAYOR
After what happened with the former mayor of Culiacán, Lic. Jesús Estrada Ferreiro, who today, out of control and linked to a criminal proceeding, cries out for mercy from Governor Rocha so that they leave him alone; It seems that not even all that was enough warning for the municipal president of Mazatlán. And it is that Luis Guillermo the “chemist” Benítez, despite so many opportunities he had to channel his arrogant behavior and correct the enormous administrative sloppiness during his administration, was not able to reconsider and has remained, unfortunately for the Mazatlecos, as a man whose ambition has led him to total foolishness, thus dismissing the hierarchy of the Governor, the application of the Law and the demands of the citizenry. For now, the judicial process against Benítez for damage to the public treasury of more than 61 million pesos is already underway. Soon we will know if this will be followed by other complaints (derived from the rejection of his public accounts) capable of also leading him to impeachment, or if the purpose was simply to clip his wings in the face of 2024.
AN AMNESTIC OPPOSITION LEADER
It is incredible that at this point politicians continue to act with such cynicism as if we did not know about their trajectories and results. And it is that recently mocking and sarcastic comments rained down on the statements of the state leader of the Movimiento Ciudadano party, Sergio Torres Félix.
And it is that in his eagerness to attract reflectors, the former mayor of Culiacán has resorted to the questionable strategy of making firewood from the fallen tree, launching criticism left and right in recent days about the excesses and occurrences committed by both Estrada Ferreiro around the irregularities in the leasing of garbage trucks, such as by the Chemist Benítez and the crude purchase of lighting fixtures.

The least that people commented on the ex-priista and now emecista, is if he suffered from some kind of amnesia, since not long ago in his management at the head of the Sinaloa capital, he was also detected various administrative irregularities by the ASE , and not to mention those unnecessary and expensive expenses such as the sadly famous “morrines” and the ephemeral Christmas trees with LED lights.
