Bus driver rammed two thieves who were on a motorcycle

The driver did not hesitate to help a robbery victim.

In the city of Quito, Ecuador, a bus driver rammed two criminals who were riding a motorcycle when he saw that they robbed a passer-by. The event was captured by security cameras on Giovanni Calles Avenue, north of the city.

The video shows how the driver realizes that a person was being robbed on the other side of the platform. Therefore, without fear and in order to help him, he invaded the contravía lane and ran over the motorists with his bus.

The driver crashes them for the first time and manages to make them fall off the motorcycle. Surprised, one of the criminals decides to flee on foot and the other tries to get on his motorcycle again. However, the driver does not let them go and hits the thief again.

The motorcycle was immobile under the bus. According to the newspaper ‘El Comercio’, the victim of the robbery decided to hit the man who had taken his belongings.

According to the local media report, the event occurred on March 1st and several occupants of the bus would have joined the beating that the thief received. Therefore, both thieves ended up badly injured.

The Quito Police confirmed that both criminals hThey had been captured to answer to the competent authorities.
