Choix, Sinaloa.- A person with weapons for the exclusive use of the Armed Forces, alleged drugs and a radio, was seized by an Urban Mixed Operations Base (BOMU), made up of elements from the Secretariat of National Defense and State Preventive Police while they carried out security tours in the municipality of Choix.
It was when the uniformed officers were patrolling in rural areas that they noticed the presence of a civilian who could be seen with the naked eye of firearms, so they proceeded to approach him.
The citizen tried to evade the authorities but they managed to catch up with him; It was there that they verified that he had two firearms, one long and one short, in addition to several chargers and ammunition, as well as dry green grass similar to marijuana, a radio and cash.
For this reason, he was secured along with the evidence, and later transferred to the Prosecutor’s Office for the corresponding process to be carried out.
