He defeated Belarus, second in Hochfilzen Hanna Solan in just over four seconds.
Sweden was third Hanna Öberg just over 23 seconds from the winner.
Finland Suvi Minkkinen was 24th in one fine (-2.06.2) Nastassia Kinnunen 53: s (-4.33.8) and Mari Eder 55: s (-5.25.2).
Finland the men’s news team failed to do their best on Sunday in the 4×7.5-kilometer relay race at the World Biathlon World Cup in Hochfilzen, Austria.
Finland finished 17th in the 27-team competition. Finland lost four minutes and 41 seconds to Norway, which won the competition. France came second and Russia third.
The Finns’ desire for a good investment already waned with the opening leg. Tuomas Harjula had to use one spare cartridge in the berth and avoid one round of fines after a vertical shoot.
The pace of skiing in Harjula was not the best, so Finland was the last in the series after the opening stages.
In the second share Tero Seppälä fired cleanly and wrestled eight places, letting go Olli Hiidensalon for the third leg on the 19th. Like Harjula, Hiidensalo used a spare cartridge at bedtime, but brought Finland as the 13th to change.
