Atari and Plaion have announced the arrival of three new ones cartridge games For Atari 2600+. These are reissues of three classics for Atari 7800, which will also be compatible with the old console: Fatal Run, Food Fight and Ninja Golf. The trio will be available starting May 24, 2024, at the price of €29.99 each.
Let's look at the three games in detail:
Fatal Run is a post-apocalyptic racing game where you have to travel to various cities to deliver medicine, while traveling to a missile base that houses a rocket capable of saving the world.
Food Fight is a cult title in which you take on the role of Charley who absolutely wants to eat ice cream. To succeed he will have to avoid the chefs who are looking for him: Angelo, Zorba, Oscar and Jacques. How will they stop him? By throwing food at him, of course.
Ninja GolfFinally, it's another truly crazy cult title, considered one of the best games on the Atari 7800. What other game ever mixed ninja battles with rounds of golf? In its own way we find ourselves faced with a small and strange classic, which is worth rediscovering.
