In the Abyisky district of Yakutia, it is planned to purchase 29 apartments for displaced persons from emergency housing. Four relevant tenders were placed by the Housing Construction Directorate of the republic.
Apartments should be located in houses under construction in the village of Belaya Gora. The first tender provides for the purchase of eight one-room apartments with an area of 33.88 sq. m up to 73.04 sq. m, the second – eight more apartments from 31.9 sq. m up to 72.71 sq. m. Within the framework of the third tender, it is planned to purchase seven apartments with an area of 45.1 sq. m up to 76.59 sq. m, the fourth – six apartments from 43.89 sq. m up to 73.15 sq. m. The price of the contracts will be 47 million and 45 million rubles, respectively.
The developer will have to transfer the apartment to the customer no later than October 20, 2023.
On October 12, an order of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation came into force, according to which buildings where there is a roll, defects or damage, indicating a decrease in bearing capacity, can be recognized as partially fit. Living in such houses is possible only under the condition of constant monitoring of the technical condition, strengthening or restoration of structures.
