Ambipar announced this Thursday, 4, another acquisition of 100% of Excellence Sustentabilidade Ltda (Watu), through its direct subsidiary Ambipar Greentech (VG). No figures on the operation were disclosed.

According to the relevant fact sent to the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), the company operates in Brazil and in 14 countries, including: South Africa, Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Spain, Mexico, Mozambique, Paraguay , Peru, Uruguay and the United States.
Through the acquisition, VG seeks to maintain excellence in ESG solutions.
“For VG, this acquisition makes the company a leader in projects and solutions related to the ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) concepts. VG is now the largest company in Brazil, with a portfolio of more than 1,700 clients”, highlights Ambipar.
