Alice was officially presented in 2019 at the Paris Air Show. It is the first commercial electric aircraft and should be available in three versions: executive, passenger and cargo. This aircraft uses two Magni650 electric motors (640 kW of power) mounted in the rear.
+ In the best year in Porsche history, the electric Taycan sells more than the 911
The announced operational range is around 800 km, enough to, for example, link major European capitals. Which means that this aircraft will compete in the regional flight market. According to information provided by the manufacturer, it will be possible to recharge the battery quickly, at the usual time when planes are stopped at the airport (to make stopovers).
Developed by Israeli Eviation, Alice is 12 meters long and has a capacity for 9 passengers or up to 1130 kg of cargo. DHL has already ordered ten aircraft that will be used to transport parcels.
The development of the project naturally includes a series of dynamic tests and a prototype of the Alice was seen in taxi tests (movements on the runway) in the last few days at an airport outside Washington DC, United States. According to available information, the first experimental flight should take place shortly, after the successful completion of the ground tests.
