In the next few years, the B-SUV segment will also welcome Alfa Romeo Brenner, the third high-wheeled model of the Arese-based car manufacturer that will allow the premium brand of Stellantis to return to offer a car with a more competitive price that will specifically target a young audience. To date, we know very little about what will be Alfa Romeo’s third SUV, even if the first information about Brenner has leaked in recent months, starting from the place of production. In the meantime, however, there are already those who imagine the design, inspired by the ethyl language brought to the road by Tonale.
This is Kleber Silva, a designer who often engages in rendering hypothetical models of the Biscione and who this time tried to anticipate the appearance of the Alfa Romeo Brenner. The compact SUV is imagined with a front similar to that of the Tonale, with an expressive optical signature that integrates the three-element solution that has fascinated potential customers and professionals. The rear is more minimal, with a square line tail and one luminous signature which once again runs along the entire rear. Here there is an overhang at the level of the tailgate and protections that bring out the crossover look and the youthful soul of the model.
Who knows if Kleber Silva has really hit the mark or the Alfa Romeo Brenner design will have a completely different style. The third SUV of the Italian brand will therefore arrive in 2023, with the world premiere that will reveal the shapes of the new model to all and then go into production within a few months or at the latest in 2024, when it should also debut on the market. It will be the first car to be born entirely under the aegis of Stellantis: thanks to the synergies of the group, the B-SUV of the Biscione will be born in Tychy in Poland on the CMP platform which will allow to create a model ready for electrification. In fact, alongside the endothermic engine versions there will also be an electric variant, thus sanctioning Alfa Romeo’s entry into the world of full electric. Some additional information could arrive on March 1st, on the occasion of the presentation of the industrial plan of Stellantis.
