Earlier, two tourists desecrated a military memorial in Kaliningrad and ran into a criminal case. According to investigators, on the night of Tuesday, February 27, Russians staged drunken dances at the memorial complex to 1,200 guardsmen – a mass grave of soldiers who fell during the assault on the fortified city of Konigsberg (now Kaliningrad) in April 1945. Moreover, the intruders had a picnic there, jumped over the Eternal Flame and stole a basket of flowers. The tourists' actions were recorded by CCTV cameras.
