The smoke reaches areas of the city center and the Triana neighborhood.
According to Emergencies Sevilla on its social networks, the fire broke out around 8:05 p.m. in the Auditorium, located on Avenida Camino de los Descubrimientos on Isla de la Cartuja, and “in principle there are no people affected.”
The fire is causing “abundant smoke” which is reaching some areas of the city center and the Triana neighborhood. Several calls received on telephone numbers 080, 092 and 112 have alerted about the fire.
According to the ABC of Sevillethe fire spreads through the first floor of the building, where inside there would have been collapses and the bursting of several windows.
