Ingredients for stuffed scallops with puff pastry crust
- 4 scallops.
- 1 sheet of puff pastry.
- 4 peeled prawns.
- 1 leek clean.
- 1 chive.
- 30 g of flour.
- 300 ml of milk.
- 1 beaten egg.

Preparation of the stuffed scallops with a puff pastry crust

- We add the leek and the scallop tripe in the 4 deep shells. We cover with the farce mixture and cover with the puff pastry until all the filling is covered.
