TOLiverpool manager rne Slot confirmed his confidence in Colombian Luis Díaz and made him a starter in the team’s first game of the 2024–25 season, against Ipswich Town.
According to the criteria of
Slot confirmed on Friday that Díaz will not leave the club, despite rumours linking him to clubs such as Barcelona or Manchester City.
“There is a lot of speculation constantly in this country. I am clear about that. It is not a surprise if they tell me something about Luis Díaz… SHis future is with us because I really like what I’ve seen in the last 10 days that he’s been here and I saw the same thing last season,” said.
“So he has had a big impact on Liverpool’s seasons and I hope he has that same impact on next season as well,” added the Dutchman.
