Flamengo and the forward appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (TAS) and the entity gave its ruling, explaining that said sanction is suspended, so ‘Gabigol’ will be able to play with the Brazilian club.
In addition to that, the forward recently had to apologize because he was seen wearing the Corinthians shirt, one of Flamengo’s great rivals in Brazil.

The party took place after Flamengo’s match against Vasco, in which Gabigol scored a goal. It is said that there were other teammates.
One of the informants, who had access to an audio in which a guest at the party recounts what happened, says that, “including the sister of the Flamengo player, who had expelled a woman who was having sexual relations with one of the guests present.”
