The Pupa and the Secchione 2024, the competitors: the Pupa and the Secchiones in the race
There are 18 contestants in the new edition of La Pupa e il Secchione, broadcast on Italia 1 from 10 April 2024 hosted by Enrico Papi. The 18 competitors, boys and girls between 19 and 28 years old, will be divided into nine pairs. The couples will live together in a villa in the heart of Rome and prepare for weekly rehearsals. In every episode there will be eliminations. The names of the competitors are not known at the moment.
The program tries to bring two different worlds together; that of nerds, nerds who have never had a love story; and that of the girls, charming and enterprising girls. Together they will have to study, prepare, improve and face the tests that will determine the ranking of each episode. Over the years, La Pupa e il Secchione has launched various characters who are now part of the world of entertainment, from Francesca Cipriani to Elena Morali, passing through Rosy Dilettuso.
Among the iconic games, the Pumpkin Quiz, the Recognition Test and the Fitness Test return. New to this season are two tests: the Wall Challenge and the Affinity Game. They will therefore have to demonstrate great harmony and understanding, as well as study and commitment, in order not to be eliminated. They will be judged by a completely new jury made up of Aldo Montano, Paola Barale and Candida Morvillo.
