Available exclusively on PS5, Rise of the Ronin is a action RPG set in 19th century Japan during the Bakumatsu period, a transitional era between the rule of the Tokugawa Shogunate and the modern era of the Meiji Restoration. Among other things, famous figures of the time appear in the game, such as Sakamoto Ryoma and Yoshida Shoin.
The protagonist is a ronin, a samurai without a master, who finds himself in the middle of this chaos. Taking hold of Japan's fate, he begins to forge his own path in a world ravaged by war and marked by internal conflict.
