Milan stadium: the deed for the San Donato ground is official

And according to Calcio e Finanza, “the deed completed yesterday is the final step of the preliminary purchase for the land which was already owned by SportLifeCity (the company that Milan now controls 90%, after taking it over in July 2023). This is land that has already been approved for its intended use and therefore falls within the Integrated Intervention Plan (IPI). The amount invested for the land was not disclosed, but it is significantly less than 40 million euros“.

“The sum in question refers in fact to payments by the controlling shareholder RedBird for expenses relating to the stadium project – explains Calcio e Finanza – which include the documentation for the presentation of the urban planning variant application, the land covered by the deed and other aspects always linked to the new facility”.
