“The final hour” – Eduardo Mendoza (2017)

In this relentless search, the agents will work under the guise of being a couple and almost without realizing it, they will end up in a complicated and intense relationship that will put them in the crosshairs of the Intelligence Service, the CIA and the Shining Path itself.

The film tells the story of a Miraflores family made up of Claudia, Daniel and their children Elías and Sofía.
Their lives develop very normally until they are surprised by the terrorist attack on Tarata Street, with which Claudia suffers a very great loss that will make her react to events that happened in front of her for a long time.

“The corner of the innocents” – Palito Ortega Matute (2005)
After Pedro’s murder by the military, the complaint filed by his father is unsuccessful.
Two members of the Shining Path terrorist group try to recruit him and his family to join the organization. Although they reject the proposal, the members of the Intelligence Service take the opposite for granted and make his father disappear.
His wife and son search for him unsuccessfully at different police stations and barracks. They also ask the bishop of the city for help, but he justifies military action in response to terrorist acts.
