The Angels. The Rolling Stones music videos of the 60s they have begun to restore in 4K on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the band and two versions of “Jumpin’ Jack Flash” are now available, Universal Music reports Friday.
The Rolling Stones and ABKCO Music & Records, Inc. have teamed up to release a series of new streaming music videos from the band.
At the moment, they have already released two official music videos of The Rolling Stones performing “Jumpin’ Jack Flash”, originally produced in 1968, and that have been restored in 4K resolution.
These are two different versions of this theme (one with makeup and one without makeup) directed by Michael Lindsay-Hogg and filmed over the course of a single day at Olympic Studios in London during the spring of 1968.
The first version, with the Stones without makeup, incorporates a unique version of the song (vocals and all other instruments), while the version with Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Brian Jones, Bill Wyman and Charlie Watts with makeup uses a new vocal take of Jagger.

With Brian Jones and Nicky Hopkins on piano, it features backing vocals by John Lennon and Paul McCartney, who participated after Jagger and Richards had contributed to The Beatles’ “All You Need Is Love,” Universal recalls.
