The Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai has identified a set of terms and conditions that regulate obtaining a short-term rental service for the marinas available at 28 marine stations in the Emirate of Dubai, which in turn allows users to park their boats during their outings and introduce them to the waterways in Dubai during their cruises.
Owners of marine vessels whose specifications comply with those of the berth are entitled to apply for the service according to the length of the specified berth, the length of the vessel and other conditions announced by the Authority.

The conditions set by the authority to be able to rent a berth include the following:
• The berth must be reserved, subject to availability, at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
• The service does not include electricity and water.
• Fees are determined by the size of the vessel.
• The size of the boat is the total length including the outboards inclined, bow wings and swimming platforms as stated on the boat registration certificate.
• The reservation fee must be paid in full in cash or by credit card, prior to the commencement of the marina rental agreement.
• The amount paid is non-refundable.
• The berth can only be used by boats approved by the permit.
• The crew must be present on behalf of the boat owner to protect the property of each vessel.
• The Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai is not responsible for any accident or individual injury on board the ship while it is docked at the berth.
• RTA Marinas is not responsible for any damages such as the sinking of the boat, fire, natural disasters or fatal accidents. or any unsafe work located on the boat or near RTA property.
• The company or individual ship owner is responsible for any damage caused by his ship to the property of the Roads and Transport Authority.
• Any damage must be reported immediately at [email protected]
• Ships are not allowed to dock before booking and payment has been completed.
• Ships are not allowed to stay longer than the period approved in the permit.
• The berth rental is only for short term mooring without overnighting, and it can only be for half an hour, one hour or one day from 6am to 11pm on weekdays.
• Maintenance, refueling, rescue, etc. operations are not permitted on the RTA berth.
• It is not allowed to use the berth for any commercial activities such as unloading and loading goods, refueling, and the like.
• Drinking alcohol and smoking are not allowed on the RTA campus.
• Pets are not allowed on RTA sidewalks, or while going up and down.
• It is forbidden to throw waste on the sidewalk.
• The sidewalk can only be used for getting on and off, and passengers are not allowed to wait or sit on the sidewalk.
• Instructions placed on board the boat and station must be adhered to by the crew and passengers of the anchored ship.
