The Chairman of the Leadership Council, Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, during his meeting yesterday with the Regional Director of the Center for Humanitarian Dialogue, Romain Victor Grandjean, in Aden, pointed out the complexities facing the peace efforts by the Houthi group at a time when the humanitarian suffering of the Yemeni people is doubling due to its attacks on oil installations. In another context, the US Army said that it destroyed an anti-ship ballistic missile and two drones launched by the Houthis from Yemen towards the Red Sea, noting that no injuries or damage were reported.
He stated in a post on the “X” platform: “In addition, US Central Command forces destroyed a mobile surface-to-air missile system in an area under the control of the Houthis.”
