With a spectacular artistic event, with a carnival flavor, the celebrations of the 60th anniversary of Salvador Alvarado culminated

Guamúchil, Sinaloa.- The great closing event for the celebration of the 60th anniversary of its municipalization began with the presentation of a great cultural event where the citizens remembered and witnessed another carnival in the municipality, where the young people from the Ataes theater group described the organization of one of the most anticipated festivals of the people of Alvarada, its carnival.

Between presentation guidelines, the dance and dance groups from the different institutions arrived on stage to participate with the different compositions of a carnival, among them, the comparsas, the King of Joy, the Queens, the burning of Bad Humor, among others, being the Macuilxochilt ballet of professor Alfredo Cuadras, who arrived on stage with a great hubbub, with a carnival flavor moving those present with the rhythms of the carnival festivities, presentations that were also in charge of the different artistic dance groups of Guamúchil, such as: the Colibri modern dance school of teacher Miguel Mejía, of the CIA 009 Initiation Center of teacher Chanty Margarita Zavala, of the Dance Studio of teacher Rubén Salazar, of the Tannsy Studio dance academy of teacher Lushia Tirado, from the Saila Yeyé Folkloric Dance Academy of maestro Jesús Rangel, who dazzled those present with their spectacular dances.

Within the Festejo del Pueblo, the presentation of an artistic cast was carried out, with a bunch of musicians from the region. Those who left everything on stage to commemorate their municipality were the Los Montoya Band playing endless beautiful wind melodies, some of which are their own and another one requested by the public present. And to give the touch of pride of being from Guamúchil was the musical group, the unmistakable Llaneros de Guamúchil, igniting the attendees with their repertoire of beautiful songs that made the people of Guamuchil sing their hearts out. The Patria Chica band also resounded on stage with its best melodies.

Hundreds of citizens of the Évora region gathered to witness and fully enjoy the last day of the People’s Fair that had a carnival flavor, a celebration held in honor of the 60th anniversary of Salvador Alvarado.

The commemoration of the municipalization celebration of Salvador Alvarado was under the baton of the Municipal Institute of Culture headed by the Director Romel Omar Báez Lugo and the H. Municipality of Salvador Alvarado headed by the mayor Armando Camacho Aguilar together with his work team, event carried out with the objective that the citizens of Alvarado feel proud of their municipality.
