Windows 11 is the latest version of Microsoft's operating system on the market. An improved and modernized version of Windows 10 that continues to be maintained daily by the company. Despite the efforts, however, it would seem that users are not entirely convinced of the result!
Windows 11 loses some users? This seems to be the case according to Steam too!
Steam, like many other sites, always offers a survey to a sample of users, with the aim of collecting information on the hardware of the device used to play and testing which systems are the most popular. Apparently according to the latest data, Windows 11 would have decreased from 41.96% to 41.61%.
A marginal drop which could also depend on the different user sample examined compared to previous times, but which is nevertheless confirmed by statcounter, which in one of its graphs shows how since 28.18 of users on Windows 11 went to 26.72%.
As long as Windows 10 continues to be supported, many users seem determined not to upgrade. To be fair, it must also be said that Windows 11 has stringent hardware requirements that may not seem to suit everyone. However, it is interesting to note how the 3.04% of users still use Windows 7an OS that no longer receives any type of security update nor is it supported for years. While some even still use XP. Very interesting data which, as always, is curious to observe together!
