In the rich history of the Williams F1 team there have been many different, cool color schemes. We remember the green and white Williams of the 80s, the Canon and Rothmans cars that followed and later the BMW and Martini liveries. In recent years, the color scheme has also been determined by the main sponsors. This is no different with Williams' 2024 F1 car.
Yes, this is the new color scheme. In many ways it resembles last season's. The dark blue shades alternate and the different accents are also the same. We can live with the fact that Williams hasn't changed much (which isn't broken…), but it is again a dark car. When will there be a team with a bright yellow car again, like the Jordan that appeared at the turn of the century?

Drivers Williams in 2024
Just like with all other teams, nothing changes with the Williams line-up. Alexander Albon and Logan Sargeant will join again in 2024. Sargeant was unable to make much of an impression in his first F1 season. He scored a point at his home race, beating Nyck de Vries. Furthermore, substitutes Ricciardo and Lawson scored more points and Sargeant finished 21st. That will have to be better this year.
How different was Alexander Albon's season. The Thai-British driver seemed to have become one with the Williams and made a big impression. Ultimately, seventh place in Canada and Italy was the best result. He also started within the top six in Zandvoort, Monza and Las Vegas. Due to these performances, Albon is being mentioned as a possible replacement for Hamilton at Mercedes. Do you see it happening yet?
Where will Williams finish in 2023?
Thanks to the good performance of Albon and the tip of Sargeant, Williams scored 28 points. This was enough for seventh place in the constructors' championship ahead of AlphaTauri, Alfa Romeo and Haas. An excellent result, but for a team with a history like Williams', you expect more. Let's hope for Williams that the team can revive old times with the F1 car for 2024.
