Via Instagram, Max Aguirre also expressed his excitement for the new challenge. “Today I start a dream and I want to thank my Jehovah God for always blessing me, thanks to my family, those who support me and those who don’t too, because they make me stronger and more dedicated. Who is Max Aguirre?
Max Aguirre He is a well-known cumbia entertainer. He is a native of Bellavista, Sullana, and attended his primary and secondary school at the Luciano Castillo Colonna school. It was his father who discovered his talent, since since he was a child he had a way with words and was very charismatic. But it was in adolescence that he realized that he wanted to dedicate himself to voiceover.
Aguirre, who is also a primary school and Physical Education teacher, started as an entertainer in a Bellavista group by mere chance, because the official presenter of the orchestra missed the wedding in which they had to appear. Then, Max was the replacement and he realized that this profession was what he wanted to dedicate himself to forever. He even told the owner that he didn’t care what they were going to pay him.
“I remember that I begged the man to give me an opportunity, that the amount they were going to pay me did not matter. What I wanted was to gain experience and put everything I had studied into practice, ”he revealed in an interview with youtuber Luis Peña.

Max Aguirre, the new host of Armonía 10, has been in various orchestras recognized by the cumbiambero public, such as Internacional Mallanep, Besito Sensual, Magia Sensual and Los Claveles de la Cumbia, the last orchestra he belonged to before moving to the orchestra whose director was Walther Lozada.
But the group that launched him to fame was Corazón Serrano, in which he worked for three years, from 2017 to 2020. According to the animator from Piura, he went to a casting that the orchestra organized to hire an animator, but he did not qualify. However, a friend told him that there was the possibility of a new opportunity.
“A friend of the group told me that they had thought of me, that I should prepare a little more, that I should listen to the songs in order to have a better performance in my test that was close to Sechura,” recalled Aguirre, who achieved his purpose after performing better than an entertainer from the city of Piura. “They gave me a lot of support. I am eternally grateful to them because they always advised me, they opened the doors of their home to me, something that is very important, “he said.
Why did you leave Corazón Serrano?
Despite the fact that he achieved great acceptance from the fans of Corazón Serrano, Max Aguirre said that it was the orchestra who decided not to renew his contract. “It was a mutual agreement. They gave me the idea that they were determined to bet on another young talent. I never put stones, excuses or barriers. I always agreed with the decision they made. I accepted in a good way, ”he assured.
Finally, Max stated that the affection for his former bosses is still intact. “Regardless of how things turned out, the familiarity and friendship has remained. And the fact that I don’t belong to the orchestra doesn’t mean that the friendship has cracked. On the contrary, we are still very good friends, ”he stressed.
