Dr. Svetlana Pavlichenko, a Russian cardiologist, revealed the positive effect of avocado on the work of the heart because it contains important vitamins and minerals, according to RT.
The specialist notes that avocados contain potassium, which is responsible for transmitting nerve signals to the heart muscles. And that replacing animal fats with unsaturated vegetable fats reduced the risk of death from heart disease by 24-26 percent.
And she adds, avocados contain silicon, boron and nickel elements, which help improve metabolism.
