Free Practice 3 of the 6h of Imola ends with Ferrari still in front of everyone, in the last 60' useful for the protagonists of the FIA World Endurance Championship to sort out the last things before moving on to Qualifying in the afternoon.
Since this morning the sun has begun to warm the Enzo and Dino Ferrari Autodrome, which has seen many people arriving early waiting for the drivers for autographs and photos (a note of credit goes to Robert Shwartzman, the most helpful with everyone, even stopping at long with anyone before reaching the AF Corse pits).
Antonio Fuoco set the benchmark in 1'31″238 with the 499P #50, just ahead of the BMW #15 of Team WRT, which has its sister car #20 behind it and the Ferrari #83 of AF Corse, 0″ behind 339 from the official sister and best of the private Hypercars.
Porsche confirms itself as Top5 with the official 963 #5 of Team Penske, while Ferrari #51 is sixth after being the protagonist of an excursion on the gravel without suffering serious consequences.
Toyota concludes with a seventh and ninth time at 0″6 with the #8 and #7, interspersed with Jota's Porsche #12, the 963-Penske #6 closes the Top10 ahead of the pair of Peugeot 9X8s, signaling that the #94 tested the gravel twice, first at 'Tamburello' and then at 'Rivazza', and on the latter occasion the red flag was displayed which sanctioned the end of the activities by a couple of minutes early.
Lamborghini is still behind, struggling with power steering problems and only 16th, as is the Cadillac following it and the Porsche #99 of Proton, 19th behind Isotta Fraschini who is trying to gain experience having never tested after Qatar.
#777 D'Station Racing Aston Martin Vantage AMR LMGT3: Clement Mateu, Erwan Bastard, Marco Sorensen

In the LMGT3 Class, Aston Martin took a double thanks to the Vantage #777 of D'Station Racing which lapped in 1'42″474 with Marco Sorensen, half a second faster than the #27 of Heart Of Racing and the BMW #31 of Team WRT.
The Porsche #92 of Manthey Pure Rxcing takes fourth place, trailing the McLaren #95 of United Autosports, the Ferrari #54 of AF Vorse is sixth, 0″7 from the top, ahead of the Porsche #91 of Manthey Ema, the Lamborghini # 85 of the Iron Dames, the #82 Corvette of TF Sport and the #46 BMW of WRT in which only Valentino Rossi and Ahmad Al Harthy rode.
Qualifying is scheduled for 2.45pm, a time in which the weather could change drastically, given the clouds approaching over Santerno.
