The exercises that help reduce the diameter of the waist are also easy, original and different. If you get bored of always doing the same thing, you will see how by doing this workout proposed by the Pin Twins you will feel that you are working several muscle groups, not just those that involve the waist. Furthermore, and although not included, the burpees and the climber would also help you and you can include them in this fitness routine.
To achieve your core, waist and even hip goals, you will have to do these four exercises, there are three series with 12 repetitions of each exercise and 30 seconds of rest between series. You can use a mat for greater comfort. Go for it!
Exercise 1. Side plank with rebounds
In a side plank position, supporting your forearms and feet, raise and lower your hips 12 times without resting your glutes on the floor. In the next series, we switch sides.
Exercise 2. Military with crosses
In a quadruped position, we raise both knees and maintain balance while the left knee tries to touch the right elbow and the right knee the left elbow. We do the exercise 12 times.
Exercise 3. Russian twists
Sit on the floor with your legs semi-bent and, taking an imaginary dumbbell with both hands (or carrying it if you want), carry it from left to right and vice versa while your core rotates in the movement. We do 12 repetitions on each side.
Exercise 4. Stair plank
In a plank position, supporting your forearms and toes, bend one leg and straighten it again and do the same with the other. Like this 12 times.
Once you finish this first series you have to do two more to complete the training proposed by the Pin Twins to reduce your waist.
