The employees of early childhood education gave bitter feedback on the Facebook pages of the Finnish Association of Family and Basic Nurses Super, after the union, together with Tehy and KT, accepted the national mediator’s settlement proposal on Monday. The approved proposal left caregivers working in early childhood education without additional salary increases.
