Vorobiev said that it is too early to talk about the future fate of Crocus
At the moment, it is too early to talk about what will happen on the site of the Crocus City Hall concert hall. This was stated by the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov, writes RIA News.
“I’m not ready to answer yet, nothing is being done there yet,” he answered a question from journalists about what would happen on the site of the concert hall.
The terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall near Moscow occurred on March 22 before the concert of the Picnic group. Armed people burst into the room, opened fire and set fire to the concert hall, blocking people in the building. After this, the criminals tried to escape in a white Renault Symbol, but were detained in the Bryansk region.
Earlier, the Foreign Intelligence Service reported that those involved in organizing the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall who were abroad were being sought. The terrorist attack killed 144 people and injured another 695.
Previously, experts estimated the restoration of Crocus near Moscow after the terrorist attack at four to seven billion rubles, excluding equipment. Experts clarified that the calculations are provisional, since the results of the examination and the degree of damage to metal structures due to the fire remain unknown.
Previously, a survey was conducted which showed that the majority of Muscovites and residents of the Moscow region believe that it is necessary to create a park and erect a memorial on the site of the concert hall where the terrorist attack took place.
