This afternoon, personnel from the Local Search Commission exhumed the bodies of two people who had been secretly buried in the Lomas de Poleo neighborhood.
The skeletal bodies were located in a dirt road that is reached by Del Chabacano and del Repollo streets, reported investigators from the State Attorney General’s Office, which this Commission depends on. CLB personnel summoned the relatives of the National Guard (GN) element David Alejandro González González, who disappeared on February 21, for this Wednesday, along with his friend Brandon Alexis García Jiménez, 28 years old, who voluntarily deserted the military corporation, days before being deprived of liberty. In the case of David Alejandro, the GN simply stopped looking for him and discharged him for faults, the family previously reported. David Alejandro celebrated his birthday with his mother, who had her birthday on February 21; the two friends left the house and went to the Jerónimo-Santa Teresa border crossing, to pass by other colleagues and go to a store where they bought food and drinks to celebrate “Ojitos”, as they nicknamed David Alejandro. At midnight, Brandon’s wife located David and Brandon’s cell phones on Pez Martillo Street in the Anapra neighborhood, approximately 2.9 kilometers from where two bodies were exhumed on Tuesday, buried clandestinely. The mass grave is located approximately nine kilometers from the GN headquarters in Anapra. Juárez reached its 45th intentional homicide of the month of September; six of the victims were reported on Tuesday, according to the journalistic coverage of this crime.
