Tommaso Paradiso, a passionate Lazio fan, came out with his first solo album, “Space Cowboy”, conceived during the pandemic, in which he sings the love for the American dream and its frailties with various references to cinematography so much so that Christian De Sica also participates in the video “All the nights”. The former frontman of Thegiornalisti, author of many hits like “Riccione” and “Non be afraid”, is very sporty. “I practice MMA, Mixed Martial Arts. I don’t fight, but I do all the preparatory exercises: bag, rope, circuit, etc., an excellent workout to improve strength and endurance”.
What about aerobic activity?
“I often ride a bicycle. I don’t have specific tables, it’s the pleasure of cycling, of enjoying the city in a different way. I like to combine different activities, I go to the gym every day: weights, stretching, various exercises so I don’t I’m bored. Sport is part of my life “.
What dietary rules do you follow?
“Meat drives me crazy, but I also love vegetables, legumes, eggs, onion, a bit of everything. I prefer to eat pasta at home also because I love to cook and drink wine willingly. I like to enjoy a good meal, dinner at the end of a busy day it comes as a reward. That’s why I practice so much sport (laughs, ed) – so I can afford to eat everything and not give up anything “.
Sport practiced, but also a great cheer for his beloved Lazio: what do you expect from the derby?
“It will be the classic Sunday when I stay at home all day waiting for Roma-Lazio. Happiness. The biancocelesti are playing like God, finally we can see the result of Sarri’s game, a coach I like very much. I’m confident”.
