The organizers of the demonstration that on November 9 brought together nearly 130,000 people in Valencia will once again ask for the resignation of the president Carlos Mazón for the management of DANA. The new march will be on November 30 and one day before, one month after the flood, rallies will be held at 8:11 p.m., at which time the Civil Protection alarm sounded.
This was reported this Tuesday by Beatriu Cardona, spokesperson for Valencian Intersyndicalistone of the entities that are part of the organizing committee of the protest, which has been joined by around seventy entities.
Cardona has explained that on November 29 they will call concentrations in the municipalities at 8:11 p.m. and they will carry out an action yet to be specified: “Either a dead silence or we will make the cell phone alarms sound trying to reproduce the sound of the alert.”
According to specific information, municipalities such as Castellón, Valencia, Alicante and Elche have already confirmed that they will hold these concentrations. However, they expect many more to join, just as they did on November 9.
For November 30, being Saturday, They are organizing another “big demonstration” in Valencia, which could also be replicated in Alicante and Elche. At the moment they have not specified the place and time in which this march will be held in which they will ask for Mazón to leave.
