It happened between the 2020s and 2021 when, according to the public accusation, the defendant convinced the mother that he could help her and got him to give her more than 60,000 euros, either in hand or by bank transfer.
Actually, he would not have done any management in favor of the victim’s son. The public accusation asks for a five -year prison sentence for a crime of fraud.
