Two themes. One was put on the table by the Secretary of Health. The other, Governor Rubén Rocha Moya. The first refers to expired medications found in SSA warehouses. The first version came from Cuitláhuac González, head of the SSA. The governor took it up again, but with certain reservations. As if for a moment he leaned forward to wait to review the topic. And that made it possible to begin documenting and specifying the first information given by González: that the State does not buy medicines, and that the Federal Government does, delivers and orders distribution. At this point, Rocha Moya must be aware that there are documents in which Insabi was asked to collect those medicines, and for some cause or reason he did not do so. The issue must be reviewed, because there is an irregularity and possible responsibility. From whom or whom? That should be known. The other issue was put on the table by the governor, who announced last Monday that they will sue the Azteca Lighting company for breach of contracts to light sports facilities. But that’s a minute peccata. This company is involved in the scandal of the more than 400 million that the Municipal Government of Mazatlán contracted without bidding. They did everything with their legs, violating regulations, agreements and all purchasing procedures. If the governor really wants to know the truth about this issue, he would have to order a search for who is behind this Azteca Lighting company and not just stop at Alonso Puerto, who officially appears as the owner. If the case under investigation involves the former director of the Sports Institute, it refers to Óscar Sánchez. And who are the promoters, they refer to those who the Mazatlan City Council paid them more than 141 million pesos for the Nafta case. The latter would have to check, because it is a comment that circulates.
The failure in terms of security is evident. But the only one who does not want to see reality is President López Obrador. To the church’s request that the security program be reviewed, López Obrador replied that he will continue with the same plan. He already blames everyone, including the church, for doing the neoliberals’ dirty work. He has already included in his long list of disqualifications the church, the journalists, the neo-liberal businessmen, the women who demand justice, the parents with children with cancer, the fifís. Anyone who does not agree with what he says and does is a neoliberal and contrary to the 4T. While the massacres that do not exist in López Obrador’s head, they continue to occur. Assaults and roadblocks continue. And entire regions of the country remain in the hands of criminals. Violence, massacres, assaults and entire territories in the hands of criminals are nothing new. In the previous six-year terms they have been present. But with López Obrador, citizens expected a change and that the much-needed peace would come. López Obrador himself said: Without security, there will be no 4T. And that continues to be a problem that is getting worse and worse. There are the 122 thousand deaths in the three and a half years of this administration.
