The National Police maintain an open investigation and are looking for a man after he had allegedly detained a woman and her daughter in their house in Jaén, near the Ring Road. The victim warned of the situation by throwing a note into the street, a postman picked it up and transferred it to a third person, who notified the Police Station.
When the agents arrived, the woman did not want to attend to them, but they finally entered the house, at which point the man fled over the roofs. In addition, they found a marijuana plantation, so they detained the woman.
The events occurred on January 3 at around 3:00 p.m. when the woman was at her home, an occupied home, and received a visit from an acquaintance of hers, as reported this Monday by the aforementioned body. During the afternoon, they began to argue, they struggled and, finally, she went up to the upper floor of the house with her seven-year-old daughter, while he stayed downstairs. After some time, the woman decided to leave the house, but she noticed that the key was not in the lock and that she did not have her cell phone with her.
Note
Therefore, he decided to write a note asking for help, in which he asked them to please call his parents and not the police. He threw her out the window and she was picked up by a postman who was working there at the time. He provided it to a third person, who he called the National Police. A patrol showed up at the victim's home, on Alegría Street.
Although she did not want to attend to them, arguing “that nothing was happening”, they finally entered the house “making it safe” from the alleged perpetrator, who fled over the adjacent roofs. Once inside, the police observed an indoor marijuana plantation, which was presumably the reason why he did not want to let them through the door, so they requested the presence of investigators from the narcotics group. After the entry and search request was granted by the judicial authority, they seized 183 marijuana plants in the property and the woman was arrested. The investigation remains open and new arrests are not ruled out, according to the National Police, which has added that it is working to find the escaped man and clarify the alleged kidnapping of the woman.
