A DHL Tu-204 cargo plane heading from Moscow to Leipzig is preparing for an emergency landing at the airport of departure – Sheremetyevo. This is reported on Saturday, February 5, TASS with reference to a source in emergency services.
It is noted that the landing gear malfunction sensors were triggered on board.
“The crew decided to return to Sheremetyevo. Now the board is preparing for an emergency landing, ”the source said.
He added that in connection with the emergency landing of the aircraft, the forces of the capital’s fire and rescue garrison were sent to the airport.
At present, the aircraft has left the holding area, where it was producing fuel and preparing for landing.
At the end of January, the passenger Airbus A320, following the course Krasnodar-Moscow, was forced to land at the capital’s Sheremetyevo airport with a brake malfunction sensor.
On January 3, flight Moscow-Khabarovsk FV6287 of Rossiya Airlines returned to Sheremetyevo Airport due to technical problems.
As Izvestia found out, during the flight, the Boeing-777 had unstable operation of both engines. As a result, the plane turned around in the area of the city of Kirov and returned to the airport of departure. The aircraft landed safely and there were no casualties.
