Patrushev: Kiev’s attempts to recruit Russians for sabotage have become more frequent
On the part of Kyiv, attempts to recruit Russians to commit sabotage have become more frequent. This was stated by Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev, reports TASS.
He stated that Russian citizens are being recruited to commit arson of administrative buildings and civilian infrastructure.
