The scandalous videos that condemn a Premier referee: “Klopp, a fucking German and a bastard”

David CootePremier League referee, has been suspended this Monday by the English Committee of Professional Referees (Professional Game Match Officials Limited, PGMOL) due to the dissemination of several videos on social networks that show the referee supposedly insulting Liverpool and his former coach, Jurgen Klopp.

«David Coote has been suspended with immediate effect pending a full investigation. “We will not be commenting further until that process is completed,” PGMOL said in a statement.

Among other atrocities, in the videos Coote is seen saying: “The Liverpool is shit. Klopp? Bastard, an absolute bastard. Apart from having scolded me when I refereed against the Burnleyaccused me of lying and then told me off. I have no interest in talking to someone so fucking arrogant. I try not to talk to him… He’s a shitty German, screw him. The referee also warns: “Seriously, this last fucking video can’t go anywhere.”

After learning of the sanction, the referee has flatly denied before the PGMOL that the video is trueand the referee committee is technically examining the images and sound.

While waiting for what the technicians analyzing the videos determine, the English media recall that Coote, Premier referee since 2018has had numerous conflicts with Klopp during the German’s time on the local Anfield bench.
