The managing partner of the Leges Bureau, Maria Spiridonova, called the Russians a way to force the neighbors living in unsanitary conditions to do the cleaning. He reports it RIA News.
The lawyer noted that an unpleasant smell, the accumulation of household garbage in the apartment, the presence of nests of ants or cockroaches can serve as a reason for the forced restoration of order.

Spiridonova noted that residents of the house should write a complaint to the management company, the regional branch of Rospotrebnadzor or the Center for State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance. Then the neighbors will issue an order to clean up.
“If it is not fulfilled, residents must apply to the regional administration to take it to court, after which a decision is issued on forced cleaning of the premises,” the expert added.
According to Spiridonova, in most cases, a private cleaning company will clean up the mess in the presence of bailiffs, after which the tenant will be billed or enforced through enforcement proceedings. The owner will also be fined from 500 to 1,000 rubles.
Earlier it became known that the new rules of the Ministry of Natural Resources, prohibiting the disposal of household appliances and computers in trash cans, will apply only to legal entities. Residents will be able to leave broken home appliances and computers at the garbage yard or transfer them for recycling. The department emphasized that no fines are provided for Russians for improper waste management, and information about them is false.
